Celebrate the season with “A Christmas Cabaret.”
The event, a fundraiser for the Hilo Community Players in support of their 2020-21 theatre season, is slated for 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 20-21, and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, in the East Hawaii Cultural Center’s Kahua ‘Elua performance space. This fabulous cabaret will feature some of Hilo’s best talent performing traditional and contemporary holiday favorites.
Featured performances will include Erin Smith, Marlise Ahuna, Norman Arancon, Michael Stevens and many other well-known and beloved performers. Some of the song selection will include numbers such as “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “The Hanukkah Song,” “Mary Did You Know?” and “What Are You Doing New Year’s Eve?” plus a whole lot more.

Tickets are $40 and include a drink and heavy pupus from AlohaMondays. Additional drinks will be available for purchase, and options will include beer, wine, signature holiday cocktails and soda.
